1. Return / Replacement Policy

We offer a 7 Days Return / Replacement Policy on refurbished laptops.

Return or replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Product should be in the same condition as delivered.
All accessories, charger and invoice must be included.
Any physical or liquid damage will void the return policy.

2. Testing Warranty (30 Days)

We provide a 30 Days Testing Warranty for all refurbished laptops.

Functional issues will be repaired or replaced within this period.
Covers hardware-related problems only.
Software issues or misuse are not covered.

3. Service Warranty (6 Months)

Selected laptops come with 6 Months Service Warranty.

Includes basic servicing and support.
Does not cover physical or accidental damage.
Spare parts (if needed) may be chargeable.

4. Refund Policy

Refund is applicable only if replacement is not available.
Processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Product damaged after delivery.
Product repaired or opened by third party.
Missing accessories or invoice.
Damage due to improper use.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
