Computer & Laptop Repair Terms & Conditions

City Laptop Service Center will only perform and provide computer & laptop services, repairs, hardware upgrades, or replacements as requested by the customer. City Laptop Service Center will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. our priority is to provide the best quality of repair, service & support, but in some cases, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Computer services, repairs hardware upgrades, or replacements are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer/laptop can not be repaired. (Examples: Age of PC, repair/replacement parts-memory chips, motherboards, components, etc. obsolete) Data and software loss caused by already existing problems in your computer or laptop such as viruses, badly configured software, windows, hardware problems/failures, etc., City Laptop Service Center will not be responsible for any data loss.

An estimate of the cost for repair or service will be provided before performing computer services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed. In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation, beyond the above-estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop the repair/service and your decision to continue or stop will be honored by City Laptop Service Center.

You understand that in the process of working on your computer/laptop, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data & software so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up your data & software before any repairs, services upgradation, and hardware replacement. City Laptop Service Center will not be responsible for data & software loss.

The diagnosis fee applies to all service requests with no exceptions. The fee is payable regardless of whether we discover that the PC isn’t faulty, you choose not to continue with the maintenance, or the fault isn’t repairable (Age of the PC, repair/replacement parts-memory chips, motherboards, components are obsolete).

Part or item utilized for PC fix or upgradation, the guarantee or warranty will be claimed from the authorized service center or the dealer by the client/customer. All parts and items warranty or guarantee is under company terms and conditions.

Job request that has been confirmed and submitted before 1 hour will be accepted for cancellation. There won’t be any fees in this situation. Cancellation of  Job request that has been confirmed but has been submitted within less than 1 hour or right before attending the job will not be accepted, Service charges will be applied in this case.

Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner. All repairs & services are guaranteed for 7 days for the issue we fix. Our free remote, chat and phone support is available for any kind of laptop and computer problem.

It’s important to read and understand the terms and conditions for laptop repair and service before agreeing to the service. If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to ask the repair shop for clarification. Additionally, it’s important to check the warranty of your laptop before taking it for repair, as some repairs may be covered under warranty and can be done for free.
